We are not just your average online coaches, we are personal trainers in the gym working with real clients first. Our oldest client is 79 years old and our youngest client is 10 years old, so it is safe to say we have seen it all. So the proof is in the pudding (that is protein pudding, of course). Our experience and consistent dedication to our clients, has allowed us to create a bullet proof formula day in and day out.

I have been working out with Dan since 2021. He is an excellent and versatile personal trainer who customizes workouts based on your body’s needs. We consistently work out 3-4 times a week and I can honestly say I look forward to each work out. You don’t even need a gym as he has all this mobile gym equipment. Dan can also help rehabilitate you after surgeries etc. in 2022, after my torn meniscus surgery, he helped speed up my recovery process thru various tailored exercises. I have lost 40 pounds in the last year through diet and working out with Dan. He also works with my teenage daughter from time to time and is so good with kids. I would 100% recommend Dan to anyone who is committed to a better physical lifestyle.

Dan’s just the best. Period. To be honest, I was worried about spending 3 hours a week with a trainer – that’s a lot of time to invest!
